Group Vibrational Raising Ritual: This ritual is best for between 3 and 20 people. I personally wouldn't try to facilitate a group larger than that, as it may have serious side effects for people not accustomed to higher vibrations. There must be at least 2 facilitators, and they must be able to create a Tantric field between them. If there is more than one couple who are able to create a field, all couples may help create the field. If you do not have 2 facilitators, or you cannot create a Tantric field yet, then this ritual is too advanced for your position at the moment. Begin by smudging/blessing/clearing all participants, and the space to be used. Create a sacred environment, however you choose. There must be floor space wide enough for all participants to sit cross-legged in a circle. A pitcher of water and enough glasses for everyone should be somewhere in easy reach. Instruct the group that they have entered ritual space, and all outside cares must be left outside the sacred space. Outline the steps of the rite to the group, explaining any details you think the group should have. Usage of sacrament stronger than wine is not advised. Facilitators begin by setting up a Tantric Field in the center of the room. If more than one couple is facilitating, all couples create individual fields near the center of the space. With the fields in place, partners should back up from each other until they are across the circle from each other. Fields can and should cross over each other. The rest of the group now fills in around the couple(s) and creates a circle of bodies sitting on the floor. The Facilitators should keep the field in place as this happens. When all are seated, the Facilitators expand the field horizontally to encompass all who sit. Each participant, including facilitators, now places their right palm chakra on the back of the person sitting to their right. Then, all participants place their left palm chakra on the back of the person sitting to their left, over the first hand that is already in place. Next, "OM' should be intoned 3 times for each chakra, a total of 21 times. Begin with the base chakra and a very low note, and hold the syllable until you run out of air. Wait till all others have also become quiet. Repeat that low note "OM" three times while focussing on your bottom chakra. Then, focus on your second chakra, and tone at the next note higher on the musical scale. Continue up the body to the crown chakra, which should be a very high note. At this point, the entire group will be vibrating at a very high rate. Repeating the series from bottom to top again can be done, if the group feels it necessary to continue. Free form energy raising (drumming, chanting, flute playing, dancing) will add to the vibration of the room, and increase the amount of energy flow happening around everyone. It is best to use this vibration to focus on enlightening the group, working on common group issues, and raising the vibration of anyone in the room who is not vibrating at the same rate. This phase of the rite can go on as long as everyone feels good about it. When working with groups who have previous magickal experience, it might be instinctual for them to ground when the energy gets too much for them. Remind the participants that grounding should be done outside the circle, so that it does not subtract from the energy that is being raised by everyone else. To close the ritual, the facilitators should regain their positions on the floor and indicate to the other participants to return to the circle on the floor. The facilitators can then pull in the Tantric Field that was originally created. They may feel it necessary to use a chant or a single heart- toned "OM" to get everyone's attention. When the field has been removed and retained into the bodies of the facilitators, a heart-to-heart hug will allow them to ground out the rest. The entire group will want to ground at this point, and food should be provided immediately. Warning; children or babies in the area will be wound up and not go to bed at their usual time. This ritual has blown circuit breakers, caused lightning to strike buildings, and other unusual magnetic/electrical phenomena.
