We are based in Portland, Oregon, and teach most classes in homes or offices in different areas. We are willing to visit and teach as far as Northern California or the Canadian border, however, the prices will vary depending on travel arrangements. We attempt to fill the classes with students rather than force the burden of the classes on a few individuals, so a minimum of 8 students is required for classes taught outside the Portland metro area. One-night workshops: We have created four one-night workshops, each about 2 hours long, to be provided at convention-style gatherings and expos. Public Puja rite: A stylized Tantric rite, we go through all of the traditional offerings, wordings and meditations of a Shivashakti puja, bringing the audience in as co-participants in the ceremony. Sensuous, but not unfit for younger viewers. This ceremony is best done to open or fill a space with positive energy at the beginning of an event. A healthy Relationship: what Mama couldn't tell you. This workshop is given once each quarter at Clark College's Women's Studies class. This workshop focuses on how to keep and maintain our primary romantic relationship without getting hurt or hurting our loved ones. Sacred Sexuality: This workshop is held once a year at Sisterspirit's PaganFaire in Hillsboro Oregon. This workshop tells you how to make your current sex life much more sacred, and bring sex into our spirituality in a positive way. Clearing your Chakras: This workshop gives a breif overview of what chakras do, and goes through meditations and explanation of one of the best, simplest, and most effective method of clearing them. This workshop is taught in the MAGIC office about once a year, and also comprises one of the lessons in the series classes. Series classes: Intro to Tantra class has 7 lessons, with an optional 8th lesson to be voted on by the students. We attempt to show the many paths of Tantra, and to allow the student to find his/her own method of practice. Our exercises are culled from Dzogchen, Taoist, and Neo-Tantric traditions. There is no nudity in class, however, these classes are homework intensive! Suitable for singles, couples, gay, straight or whatever. We cover the history of Tantra, the mythology and duality of Tantric dieties, pranayama, direct experiences, karezza, kundalini, chakra clearing, white tantra vs. red tantra, and much more. We keep our classes a safe, sacred environment. Our Teachers:
Sienna's background began with Ceremonial Magick, Wicca, and then Eastern philosophy. She is currently working on a degree in psychology, and brings a solid background in modern science to the explanation of Tantric principles. Feather's has studied Eastern philosophy, runic druidry, ceremonial magick, and native American shamanism before finding Tantra to be his path. His grasp of spirituality and the physical connection shines the light on certain 'mysterious' aspects of Tantra. Together these teachers present a balanced picture to each student. Prices: Series classes within the metro area are $25 per student per lesson, with a discount for payment in advance. Sienna
and Feathers have been teaching Tantra class together for 7 years.
They both have very different perspectives, which gives the student
a balanced outlook on the teachings. They practice both publicly
with stylized ritual, and privately, within the boundaries of individual
relationships. Both teachers take the time to speak one-on-one with
students after class, and continue to keep contact with many students
years after the class.
