According to the Bylaws as filed with the State of Washington and the Federal Government, this temple has the right to appoint degrees as steps to legal clergy. It is entirely the duty of the member to register with his/her state of residence, including Washington.

1st degree: Any student following any mystical path whom has shown daily integration of magickal philosophy in his or her life.

2nd degree: Any student who has followed one traditional path, such as Wicca, Shamanism, Taoism, Buddhism, Druidry, Astrology, Tarot, or Asatru to it's logical conclusion, having reached a point in such path as to attain that path's First Degree equivalent.

3rd degree: Any 2nd degree student who has taught his or her path to at least one student who has subsequently earned first degree. Ordination is possible at this point.

4th degree: Any 3rd degree student who has contemplated and manifests his or her own Karma and impact on humanity to the 7th Generation, or who has been shown to consistently and consciously behave according to the tenant of "Harm None".

5th degree: Any 4th degree student who has formally accepted the Boddhisatvic vow, the Vow of Priest or Priestess, or it's equivalent in any other path.

6th degree: Any 5th degree student who has succeeded in raising his or her vibratory rate or consciousness level so as to be able to recognize and rectify conflict of any sort within his or her life.

The Board of Directors shall allow for the appointment of High Priests, High Priestesses, or Ministers, and licensing thereof, if one of the following criteria are met.

A.: The ministerial applicant is at least 3rd degree and has been in attendance of regular services for over 2 years, OR

B: The ministerial applicant is at least 4th degree and has been in attendance of services for at least 6 months, OR

C: The Board of Directors makes a determination of ministerial qualifications based on prior service and/or records from other temples. Clergy can become legally ordained through the filing of federal forms through this organization. The organization shall not charge more than a reasonable fee to cover costs to file such paperwork. The Board may revoke all support of any individual licensed by this temple as clergy for any reason, by unanimous approval of the Board.

All clergy Must:

1. Have been studying metaphysical subjects for over one year, and have incorporated metaphysical concepts in his/her daily life..
2. Have followed a path to it's logical conclusion.
3. Taught his/her path to at least one other person.
4. Lead one public ritual, as an exercise in leadership.
5. Create a sigil or symbol with magickal focus that defines his/her intentions as clergy.

Rite Outline:

A. Clergy and soon to be clergy are presented with their mundane names.
B. Sacred Space is created, Intent is declared.
C. Initiate must bless/call/converse with each of the 4 directions, as he/she feels most comfortable, presenting him/herself as stepping into a new role.
D. Each initiate must speak his/her intentions within the role of clergy to all present.
E. Sigil is presented by intiate, and written upon his/her certification papers. Papers are then officially signed and stamped.
F. Declaration of new name/status; magickal name
G. High Priesthood releases elements, energy. Ground and end.
